IMHO As a holding co. the uranium is obviously the best current play for them. However it doesn't hurt to not have all you eggs in one basket. The condo deal can be very profitable and that is just one of the upcoming and continuing expansions in the company I see. I believe they are wanting to grow the co. and have long term revs. at least thats what I see in their past.
