Hay You, Mind your Language and tongue. There is a Certain Etiquette to be followed when you are addressing others on this forum.
I won't indulge in useless discussions. IF parties in US that are 'litigants' in a case before the UK Court, By definition that means that that Court's decision, is 'binding' 'on ALL Parties. Otherwise, No 'international contracts' would/could ever be adjudicated before any Courts! So Stop your incessant posts, and stop the 'ALL CAPS' Posts.
