How do you know I didn’t do it in a respectful fashion or said that at all? You’re clearly making assumptions of the way you think I wrote. Maybe she could be the benefit of the doubt. And yes, you give a contractor or somebody another chance before you take any legal action. I can’t imagine not warning someone that that’s the next step. To me that seems extremely rude. Of course we can agree to disagree.
