On the expert market, the stock can trade, but quotes of the bid and ask cannot be made public, shareholders/investors are flying blind. That’s why volume essentially goes to zero.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
