I want to see amount of damages just like you and other shareholders but there is no requirement for them to release this info before trial. I suppose they may present a formula and let the jury decide. And for whatever reason they want to be cautious and not disclose it ahead of trial.
The $0.15-0.20 is base on about 5-5.5 billion shares fully diluted (based on currently issued 3.2 billion) and a settlement or judgement in the first case of $1 billion. I assume this as a minimum. And I never said that I like it or that it is all I expect.
When VPLM shares briefly traded at $0.42-0.45 PS the number of issued shares was much much less... I don't remember exactly but I think under 1 billon and there were hyped expectation that it is going to a dollar or higher. I am a bit more pessimistic this time but still hoping for ultimately over $0.5.
