I counted the same. So we should be good through the 14th of May before any threat of the Expert Market. Since the company informed us of the reason for the delay, then subsequently changed the name as they said they would, my guess is that they're on track.

OTCM takes 3 to 5 days per their document, shown below...

"5. OTC Markets Group Processing of Reports: Allow OTC Markets Group to process the posted documents (typically three to five business days) and provide any comments. Companies will only be evaluated for Current Information once all required documentation has been submitted. A new Attorney Letter is required upon amendment of any referenced report. "

Today was the earliest I expected to see filings and that's if they sent them in Monday. I think we're good to go. If we don't see anything by the 12th of May, I might start getting a little nervous.
