Wowzerooski! What the hell is the CEO diluting so many shares on his shareholders heads for? He's single handedly killing the share price while at the same time touting a bright future so he can sell dilutive shares into the market to realize the best possible return on his planned dilution! Dilution is by far the most agregious action that CEO's enact against their shareholders!

It's extremely offensive when they don't do it as a Reg A fund raise because it gives the appearance that they are using the money for whatever they want including personal bills and or enjoyment! When they remain silent on the reasons for the dilution it causes the shareholders to wonder why and what for!...? Most CEO's have no interest in their shareholders well-being as they use their company's share structure as a vehicle to get money for a plethora of reasons similar to using an ATM at their shareholders expense!
