Univec,Inc Acquisition of Mental Health Clinics
Owings Mills, MD. August 16, 2021 - Univec, Inc. (OTCMarkets:UNVC) is pleased to announce the signing of a binding term sheet for the acquisition of accredited outpatient mental health centers in Maryland. These centers are community based centers which provide outpatient mental health counseling treatment for substance abuse and other ancillary services. The acquisition will add in excess of $17million in topline revenue to Univec and is expected to close on or around September 30, 2021 subject to final due diligence and valuation.In 2021 Time started the year with $17,519,362, it's in the 990 IRS filing.

Lamont and Dalton knew this, all this was, was an PR stunt to boost UNVC: Way out clause: (subject to final due diligence and valuation)
But it violates the conflict of interest in the 501c3, just as Lamont letting Dalton use Times Office at 300E. Lombard St. Suite 1700, IF HE KNOWS DALTON IS USING IT IN THE OTC PROFILE which Dalton or Univec are not at this address, proven from the Property owners. I have other proof also, not posting it yet, I want to see how this goes with the AG of Md who oversees the non-profits first.
Can a nonprofit be sold? A non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization? No, the organization may not be sold. Either all the assets of the organization may transferred to another 501(c)(3) of similar mission, and the organization dissolved.
