WELL, anytime I see management digging into their own wallets first to bring company current and actually get 3 years of financials audited, I think management is very solid and that is what will make this stock successful eventually IMO.

THEY cleaned up debt, have restrictions on preferred conversions in future so to me that seems like an honest beginning.
They have acquired what I believe is massive opportunities but will take time and money and I believe they are on track to do something very soon.

IF there are board people that scare you off then sobeit, i place my merits on management and company financials only.
