Cookies Florida (1 of 22 MMTC license holders and a solid cannabis grower) had their deposition today.

I missed the Zoom meeting. I can't wait for it to come out so I can read it. I'm sure it will be a great read.

Just an FYI: Apparently there was a Convertible Promissory Note Purchase Agreement.

Usually these convertible notes are not good. More dilution.

There was no reason to have one in the first place.

Might have dodged a bad situation!
