I imagine neither.

If she had any self-respect Redbrick Jane should be embarrassed to be associated with this obvious vehicle for defrauding the greedy but gullible.

But instead she probably hopes she can walk away from this debacle without too much public opprobrium, or too many questions about her part in this multi-million dollar grift.

I wonder how much of the "BeaMed" money went to Jane in exchange for her compliance and silence in the post mortem which will inevitably follow?
