Re Nixon Restaurant Group filing in Florida (jumping in ...)

The two, initial, 2015 filings to incorporate show that Nixon used Brenda Hamilton's business address.

In 2016 the filing shows that they changed their address to:
15400 W 64TH AVE
UNIT E1A
ARVADA, CO 80007

which now happens to be the (first) Takiza Taco & Tequila Bar place, but it was originally the Arvada Illegal Burger.

On paper Nixon Restaurant Group has always had a 'main office' address somewhere in Florida. NRG in Colorado was always a 'foreign branch'.

Why Nixon did it that way is unknown, since he started his restaurants in Colorado. Illegal Pizza was originally opened somewhere in Colorado (I think in the Denver area; traces of its existence there can be found on the interwebs), but it moved to Lauderhill FL in 2019.
