Only time I seen that happen in the last 13 yrs is a few years ago some pennies got pump hard that were totally junk and when it started to nose dive someone posted at fake company letter that made buy go crazy so she could her BS shares. They came in and closed it down. The word was it was The Epostle that did that... she sort of disappeared for a while and people said she might of went to jail but I really can't confirm that... She came back to IHUB with a new name..... The Whale....
