I'm sure you have a wonderful CV of experience, but I'm left to doubt it includes business communications and accountability to shareholders. Respectfully submitted, you seem to believe that those who are invested have no right to communicate unless you say so (dictator tendency suggesting blind obedience). In that, you would be incorrect.

This is an important forum, and the definition of "forum" is as follows: fo·rum /'fôr?m/ noun 1.a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged. "it will be a forum for the business and investors to exchange information and thoughts"

Gleanings from your well intended but unsolicited replies:

I also told you, you will probably get an official email when we have the fixed dates for the dividend. From MyCow I suppose. It's probably mandatory as well, to inform the shareholders.

Now, if there is anything else to discuss or developments we can share, I will post it. But this will be off the record. Not official. And not guaranteed. As we are unable to give fixed dates at this point in time. You know this.

Having visibility into the status and steps being executed is of value. A dark hole, as you suggest, is of no value. While I'm sure it's well-intended, The "Probably' s" and the "Off The Records" you offer are of no value. Who ever heard of a corporation providing Off The Record updates? Communication is basic. SMH
