I’ve always wondered why Leo couldn’t file Quarterly’s on his own when in Pink Status because of the following on the company profile section with the OTC:


“Mr. Ehrlich has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in building and managing emerging growth companies. Mr. Ehrlich is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BBA from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York.”


I guess he forgot how to do legitimate accounting work from the days of receiving his degree and Certification as a CPA!!!!!!!!
