what is the appeal based on? how was he deprived of due process? the appellate court already ruled he had a responsibility to inform the court of any change of address. He failed in his responsibilities. he indicated at his trial he was able to assume his legal representation, they say. if they let it go on, then this is a sham/show for the peanut gallery. there is manipulation from the gods above?
