It's weird that labor thing didn't pop up before. I was setting the begin date as far back as 2017. Maybe I was just missing it.

I was always entering a wide date range - I believe it was just "paperwork housekeeping" at the court for the Clerk to get that document filed, stamped and posted etc.

I'd not be surprised if potential "other" legal actions are "live as we speak" but just delayed in the morass known as "The courts" and filing systems, backed up dockets, buried Clerk's who are trying to keep up, etc.

Civil ALWAYS takes a back-seat to criminal due to Constitutional issues - and even capital murder and the most serious cases out there are moving at a 3-legged turtle name "Lucky" pace. YEARS usually to prosecute/settle a murder case where they got the dude on-film shooting the person point blank, fingerprints and DNA on the weapon, a rap sheet of 50 pages and an admission of "Sure bro, I did it - so what" blah blah.

Right to "speedy justice" - it's a joke now. Civil cases - low end 2, 3 years EASY is not uncommon in any large city and the larger states. I've seen um dragged out 4 plus years, no one gives a rip about it...

THIS SITUATION - BK is the noose that gonna hang and end INNER-CON, the volume is anemic and thus DILUTION IS THEIR SOLUTION days are over and they got literally NOTHING proprietary, unique or worth a plug broken wooden nickel !!

These kind of FUBAR scams - often as you well know have that mysterious way of eventually "Self correcting" and it's these civil suits and now CA state level actions and similar that act like the nail drivers into the coffin :))
