It is FUD and it is damaging to the stock price as it deters investors from securing a position in FBEC as a result of unsubstantiated doomsday scenarios.

Did you ever think that maybe the Hahalolo shares being sold on the company website will be of a different shareholder class? My guess is they will be listed on the Nasdaq as a company preferred class of shares separate from the common shares that are currently trading on the OTC. Therefore, they may not be blended. Preferred shares are always listed at a higher pps vs the common class of shares.
