Dear Karlacorn, Planning to fly tomorrow -- waiting on certain confirmations as otherwise, I will have to just wait there in HKG pending these confirmations. From the time I land, we need 5-7 days to set the accounts and will sure be working at my best speed.

Happy to share, Yesterday morning, we have had meetings with the Banking Group and their attorneys --
We originally thought of organizing one structure in Switzerland for the AMC to cover the entire European Region --
They were suggesting, we should have 3 structures - one in the EU region, one in Swiss and one in UK as Switzerland & UK are non-EU.

Test trailed Gold & Rice for $27 listing. Bankers have sent the draft agreement for token distribution....

One other thing that was discussed today with the bankers is on our research effort to introduce Mining Tokens as an alternate replacement for Standby Letter of Credit.

Plan is to set the token trading active as that helps all of us monetize, subject to regulatory adherence.
