None of which has to do with VirExit which are apparently “currently” fighting this in litigation.
This “debt” I believe was mostly termination fees for backing out the deal, but I could be wrong just going from memory.
There really isn’t much debt created by VXIT… as not much has happened, lol.
Other than Corporate Pay,Fees, and Marketing they haven’t spent much.
In other words… they don’t seem to be worried about the previous companies operations and that “debt” is most likely not one that will ever need to be paid.
So why are you all the sudden worried about it?
That “debt” is the least of our worries… I need more proof of life, it’s getting quite ridiculous, only breadcrumbs and none of which are really satisfying.
There’s plenty to debate and worry about but that past debt Unrelated to VXIT isn’t one of them.
