Apparently the name of the 'new place' (likely Bodega Taco and Margarita Bar) hasn't been registered with Google Maps yet.

It's too bad that Nixon's Illegal Burger restaurant count is decreasing, as that doesn't look good for his alleged intentions to franchise, but at least he's making good use of those properties, leveraging existing permits and lease agreements to rename/rebrand those locations relatively quickly.

My guess is that it's a lot easier for Nixon to do that outside of downtown Denver, which seems to relish its heaps of red tape, while suburban districts welcome anything that spurs on the restaurant business.

[Nixon has until 6/30/2024 to renew Illegal Pizza Lauderhill, LLC, which is currently a 'foreign entity' in Colorado. It would be great to see him revive that, since it looked like his pizza was popular until the last managers turned it into a Caribbean/kreole place ... although COVID-19 may have helped kill its business.]
