I've tried to search on the name, they said they would go to, SynBio. I've called Finra but was told that they (those at the number I called) can only see approvals, etc. I've searched Synbio for companies with the same name to see if there might be an issue and there is one in the US and one in the UK. The one in the U.S. is a group of companies, representing those who want to use synthetically generated "materials" found in nature.

I'm guessing that once they have approval, that will show up in Finra and then maybe we'll know we are close? I'm just guessing at this point,

Were transactions dependent upon them clearing, the Custodial process? Again, I have no idea.

Do I think a "Family Office" put up $5 million without knowing where this was heading...that's a no brainer. They signed NDAs and they know exactly where this is going.
