Re the updated Florida state annual report for Nixon Restaurant Group ...

Thanks for the spotting and posting about that. That's one less worry down. (It's probably a coincidence that complaining about it on Sunday resulted in the update today.)

Two things worth noting:
1) Hamilton and Associates Law Group PA is still the listed agent, and
2) the place of business and mailing address have been updated from that shady looks-like-it-was-never-used location to one that is in use in Colorado filings (see below):

Current Principal Place of Business:
Current Mailing Address:
5400 OSCEOLA ST
DENVER, CO 80212

Speaking of Hamilton and Associates, today someone privately pointed out to me that Hamilton and Associates are now sporting a new OTC attribute, namely "OTCQX Sponsor."

You can see that here, as Hamilton and Associates are listed as corporate counsel for FCCN (the attribute comes with a sporty ribbon icon):
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FCCN/profile

You can read about the significance of that here:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/corporate-services/sponsors

All OTCQX and international OTCQB applicants must engage an approved Sponsor to review the company's qualifications and submit a Letter of Introduction to OTC Markets Group. Qualified Investment Banks, DR Banks, Attorneys or Corporate Brokers with capital markets experience may apply.

The above otcmarkets link is an alphabetical list of all such sponsors. So far, Hamilton and Associates have sponsored zero (0) companies, but a) they aren't the only one with zero, and b) it is a recent thing for them (sponsor approval date 4/10/2024).

There's no evidence yet that this means anything for West Coast Ventures Group Corp (and/or Nixon Restaurant Group), but it's good to see them aspire to be counsel (or "sponsors") for higher tier OTC companies, which might imply that they want to help lowest-tier companies (=Stinky Pinks) move up, meaning, in turn, that they see that as a viable 'market space' for their services.
