Nothing wrong with selling at times like this and take a wait and see approach.

My understanding is that one investor pulled out, I would assume it was a large investor and probably was closer to closing and caught SEV management by surprise

This by no means is me defending SEV it was probably a miscalculation , the agent they were going to use put crazy terms on the deal and they shifted. They probably thought everyone was in and since they were getting close to possible sales they didn't want to give in to those terms.

I think or at least hope all should work out. Time will tell. If we truly have the goods, someone will step.

Just my thoughts.
