The leased space that you are talking about for their subsidiaries are most likely all virtual offices or "we-work" spaces. Im guessing those spaces are a couple of hundred dollars a month, if that.

I have personally visited the CashX "headquarters" and the receptionist said she only sees someone from CashX to collect mail! If you search subsidiary addresses on google maps you will see multiple subsidiaries are the same kind of office space or they are home addresses.

Xalles is a website "holding" company. Most of the subs that are acquired (that I checked) are newly created websites. I have built better and more technical websites than the websites that Xalles claims to have acquired!

Xalles has finally made a mistake by acquiring a company that has a tangible product, a CashX kiosk!
