Still waiting to hear about our next move on our new house. The sales lady is actually a third party contractor that works for the home builder. Not a direct employee of the home builder. The new lot that we had picked out to start over on has been sold to somebody else. If the builder doesn’t want to refund our $15,000 deposit which is actually non refundable. We will have to sue the sales lady’s company in order to get it back. If we have to go down that road I’m suing them for an extra sim months of rent for the house at $2,225 a month and for six months rent for the storage unit at $319 a month. Plus something for all the stress and mental anguish that we’ve been through. All caused by her inability to do her job as she totally mislead us and then lied about a few things trying to cover up her mistake.
