- Why is the plaintiff naming FCGD as defendant if the UMMC deal was never finalized?
- Can the plaintiff renew an old judgement after the company is sold and becomes a public company? If I were the judge I'd throw out the case to protect shareholders.
In my opinion, if the RM is truly not finalized between FCGD and UMMC, I'd say the previous owner will need to be responsible for all costs defending the lawsuit, including any final cost of judgments against them.
FCGD shareholders should not have to bare this burden.
