I would say a mental evaluation is in order to address the unhealthy fascination with “clowns”.
Is it a way of saying “LOL” in his language or did some prankster tell him that the worst possible insult in the English language is “clown”?
I mean how many people get drunk and think using the C-word will start a fight?
(“Hey clown leave my girlfriend alone” LOL)
Or did his parents terrorize him with clown masks as a child, and now he acts out his fears on anonymous penny stock message boards?
I’m sure there’s a fascinating backstory there somewhere…
