Sure seems like it. If pinks are treated like this across the board, then the legit ones better get their ass off this pointless exchange and start doing business like the bigger boys. It’s either stay no bid for a few more years then Seamus R/S or he can expedite by doing right for shareholders and improving share price drastically prior to the inevitable R/S to uplist… Let’s not go to the expert market for the rest of the year though. I don’t see that happening because debt will be due soon enough.
