I don't know how much insiders pocketed since they issued 2.7 billion more shares and started the IO campaign. But of recent, the company has failed to sell shares because the market doesn't believe them anymore. They were hoping that the market would believe that telling us that they had a $5 million producing company thru IO, that the market would buy into it. I can pretty much predict that sales will not be any better when they report in July. And even if they are better, the bottom line will still show a negative net income. Why else have they hidden the terms of the deal and no proof of any income statement or balance sheet for IO.
The only thing the market would believe now would be reduced outstanding shares and someone buying the ask up to give the stock price a bid again.
