FACT GEVI has sold millions worth of convertible stock...that's dilution !!
FACT they have $1.4 million in debt loans and NO CASH to pay it back...soooo, eventually be discount stock majority of time = dilution
THEY ARE SELLLING Pfd C class stock that covert to common = dilution
