The facts agree with you.

No, they don't.

Up to 75% of all silk producers have reported losses from this virus, according to a 2020 research paper.

So that would mean 25% have never had a problem with this disease? I doubt the other 75% have losses in every batch they raise. They'd be out of business.
Looks like KBLB got lucky this time.

As much as 50% of losses in global silk production are the result of a single virus.

The quote says 50% of the losses, not that they lose 50% of all production due to this disease. Big difference.

Most of the worlds silk producers have big issues with disease

Every producer of any kind of living creature has issues with disease and it's control. Doesn't mean every batch of creatures they grow have gotten a disease. If 50% of every batch were diseased then every farmer in the world would be out of business.

Make sure you get facts that back up opinions. Everyone has an opinion, but too few know what they are talking about.

Welcome to the club.

Now if facts are presented, then we are the ones in a bubble. KBLB gave us the production facts, at least on a single virus.

KBLB gave production facts on a single run of production. Doesn't mean they have invented disease free worms.

Our solution is for the entire silk market. It seems they have successfully found a solution for the entire silk market. Now who wants to license it?

What solution? There is no proof their immunity worms ever passed testing or that these worms ever had any of the immunity worm genes inserted into them unless they happened to be naturally present in the breeds of worms they chose for the parent lines. What the hell are they going to license?
