Good points - I'm guessing a little on this one but these points you made, along with name change and symbol change might be the first steps prior to getting news? The only reason I think that is a possibility is because Global Corporate Finance (the lender) would have stipulated OTCQB.

Lenders do that as OTCQB status has some significant reporting changes from OTCPink which provide greater transparency. I've never met anyone willing to put up $5mil who did not stipulate that a condition was OTCQB along with keeping current in all filing requirements.
