From what I understand it's really more about what the prosecution can bring in about past transgressions if he doesn't take the stand. If he takes the stand then all bets are off, he'll open himself up to anything that falls out of his hamburder filled mouth.

There's no way he'll testify unless it's really looking bad for the defense because they really don't have a defense aside from trying to discredit all the prosecution witnesses on cross examination. That's going to be a hell of an uphill climb for them already.

I think it will be pretty much over once David Pecker testifies, because he was the one who developed the scheme and can most likely give a history of catch and kill techniques that he cooked up for years with that thief. Pecker also has prosecutorial immunity, so if he decides to start telling lies now, then he and Snorleone will be cellmates.

It's surely going to be interesting because we don't know the actual extent of the evidence that NY has possession of. If you believe Cohen there's way more than we know but that dipshit should not be out flapping his jaws at this point either. Just STFU until you take that witness stand. I know he's really bitter but it's better to remain quiet util you get your day. I'd absolutely love to see that lump of shit Billy Barr get dragged into this too.
