Why would you think they will take any shares off restriction in an hour when they have not taken any shares off restriction in over 3yrs. They guys have been protecting their unrestricted share count (float) for years. Like 95% of their micro O/S is still restricted. They would rather not get paid then take any shares off restriction and sell them into the market. You want to give everyone trading advice, but you are not even letting anyone know this.
