Fortunately no but we have had some people that try to drop off reptiles that get out of hand for them. One dude had a 12 foot Burmese python. Another one had a Kimodo dragon. The zoo will not just take animals off the street so they wind up being shipped out to nature preserves or find their way back to their natural habitats. There's organizations that will bear the cost or otherwise they will be euthanized. Our habitats are strictly controlled for just a certain amount of creatures.

That woman's story is absolutely insane. You always have to wonder how people like that get their access to those exotic animals in the first place and then find some fool who thinks it is a good idea to own one. Like yeah, everyone wants a pet leopard.🤷 Lord, have mercy.
