Delfin will not be able to simply "click a mouse" to execute a corporate action like a reverse split. There's much more involved and shareholders will be informed before anything happens. There would be a shareholder vote, albeit ceremonial, and Fred Jones, being the largest shareholder and majority owner, would make the decision with his vote. I believe the whole process could potentially be done in less than a week from notice to execution, but usually it's a much longer window than that. Nobody here will be blindsided at all by a reverse split.
