From a Legal Standpoint, the Federal Government should be working with each state to exert their control over the prices ... States are protected by the 10th Amendment while the Federal Govt is subject to the U.S. Supreme Court. There is no constitutional Guarantee for the Federal Govt to do this.

They should use the legislation that Howard Dean got passed in the state of VT ... Which was able to control Drug costs ...

Anyways ... Just an Idea ...
