LOL I'm the same guy that likes runny eggs still clucking and barbecue sauce on peanut butter and jelly so you have to give me a bit of wiggle room here. A little horseradish sauce never hurt a sandwich regardless of what type of meat you're making it with. Maybe salami would be over the top just due to the heartburn factor but I need my zing. Also use cholula hot sauce on my omelettes or breakfast tacos/burritos, anytime I completely cook an egg.
