The equipment being re-located indoors, coincides, exactly, with the patterned time for the beginning of the local rainy season. April 15th, to May 1st. There is that date. But, I will predict that the install, connect, test, and operation will not be by May 1st.
But, they can get it almost that far.

On another front, with the rainy season kicking into gear, the transport of ore to the plant will not become a concern. In fact, I might think that AABB will defer transport of the ore, if the rains bring cost, inconvenience, safety, available staffing during the rains, the erosion of the dirt road leading away/to Etzatlan with tons of weight of ore. Chit....., The rains change everything.
