In comment to that, I see a side opening with newly poured concrete driveway. If one gives thought to addressing that issue, as a CEO would ,of course, do, then this alternate opening would provide an avenue for tailings within the interio4r of the building.
You, if you had any fairness, would conclude, that a CEO, one who on many other fronts, is operating with substantial intelligence and mindful execution, that he has incorporated the tailings solution into the operation.
While I have no knowledge, per se , of the tailings solution, I can readily see that CT is a mindful person/CEO.
Just because it isn't readily apparent to you that there is , in fact, a solution built into the operation, doesn't make it an omitted component.
In fact, after seeing the photos, the building, the equipment, the scale, you should be assuming that the tailings solution is included, regardless if you can't see it , based on your knowledge, limited knowledge in this case. A tailings pond is not the only solution. It is huge, messy, fouls the immediate land. Given , some of these undesirable qualities, I would contain in and , in manageable quantities, re-locate it to a designated location, thereby trade-offs in costs.
