Very true, you can apply that to most stocks in all markets. Obviously pink sheet or penny stocks have the highest risk, but many other companies have suffered catastrophic hits, losses in the markets and some have even gone bankrupt, motto is do not put all your eggs in the same basket, diversify within reason.
