All the delays have been because of his trial then district appeal then now state appeal. He can’t take it to Supreme Court. This is his last chance. But if he wins. We start all over with a new trial. He will be found guilty again imo because all of this appeal b s is over his wrong address. Not because he didn’t commit fraud embezzlement and theft. But he can appeal again imo guessing. Not sure?
