I (and most of us) have read all the court cases over the years. Why wouldn't the TMMI board etc try
and settle this case. What is worth going to court for. Looks like they had sold the code years ago.
Why not just settle and out right own it. It has always baffled me why would they put the board, investors, stockholders and
advisors through this legal battle when the adults in the room could stand up and settle.
