Highlights:

never had more double-triple digit unit proposals in the funnel than we have right now - biggest bank for buck
sticking with target of $700K Re-occurring monthly revenue projection ($8.4 million / year) forecast last November - which is blow-away in my opinion
substantial volume increase of the stock - new watchers

Checklist that the CEO looks for in progress:

- innovation solution that makes a difference - we are leading the way - and taking it further what we're working on right now could take us into the 4th industrial revolution (i.e. intelligent autonomous vehicles)
- patents - working on our first ones - things that go into RAD-R and RAD Inc.
- who are we selling to - lots of Fortune 500 companies
- customers re-ordering ? - overwhelming re-ordering
- focused on continuous improvement - spend a lot of time on that
- stable productive team - absolutely, willful attrition on own volition is incredibly low
- how often do we turn staff - RARELY, we keep them happy
- team members into the company are they, passionate? - so many examples of this with contributions - example spontaneous couple sneakerheads on the team at the show this week and by end of the show 5 members showing team spirit buying the same ones - team spirit yes !
- company involved in pop culture - near the front - involved in Movies and TV, Stars on Mars, John Travolta movie, lots of scenes with our products
- media coverage - local coverage, continuing to work on that
- us investors - twitter, youtube, engagement, going after FUD (fear uncertainty and doubt)

He cant condition the market per SEC rules so the good news often comes after the fact.

I personally think we see staggering growth over the next few years, and the stock price will follow.
