I. INTRODUCTION
The Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division (“Eastern District” or “EDTX”) is the
center of gravity for the various patent disputes between the Netlist, Inc. (“Netlist”) and Micron. Netlist thus respectfully requests that the Court lift the stay and transfer this case to the Eastern District pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to enable a speedy resolution of the parties’ disputes. Netlist is asserting the following patents: U.S. Patent Nos. 9,824,035 (the ’035 patent), 10,268,608 (the ’608 patent), and 10,489,314 (the ’314 patent).
