Yes we thought we were doing a whole new house on a new lot as well. But she called our realtor yesterday and asked if they threw in a free appliance package, would we buy the original house. He told her no way, absolutely noy, that's totally unacceptable. She asked what it would take to make things right. He told her they could put the vaulted ceilings in the original house. Move forward with the new lot and build the house right this time and move our $15,000 deposit over to the new contract. Or they could give us our money back and release us from our contract on the original house.
