They can distribute the RWOD shares any way they want. That’s the deal. They can distribute them as if the RS had been applied, as it was approved and included in the corporate charter.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
