huh....maybe that signal really wasnt so clear...

and yet, the pps is down again...yet another multi year low...

at some point you are just going to have to realize this isnt shorts or manipulation...its a whole lot of things...its big players dumping and getting out or reducing...and/or its fcel dumping shares...its fcel's poor performance...its fcel losing money while spending huge amounts of money trying to keep the doors open...its the economy looking shaky again...theres no gov welfare checks in the mail that were supposed to have been recieved YEARS ago...Exxon said no to a new contract but insists on stringing fcel along...etc etc
