That is 1 billion shares leaving 282 million. Then someone said something about 250 million new.

Looks like around 500 million common maybe .
Is that like a 60% float reduction?

Let's sat. 01 x 60 = 60 cent DUTV or whatever the new name would be...

Might go higher...moving toward .01 pretty easily....
